This policy applies to Tugende Mobility riders, drivers, driver applicants, apps, websites, features and related services. Use of the platform is also subject to the Terms of Service.
Information we collect
Tugende may collect account registration information, driver application details, ratings, feedback, communications, precise location, ride and usage information, device information, address book contacts when authorised, cookie and analytics information, and information from relevant third-party services.
How we use information
Information is used to provide the platform, connect and track rides, calculate prices and process payments, communicate with users, maintain security and safety, verify drivers and vehicles, provide support, improve products and respond to legal obligations.
Storage and protection
Information is retained as needed to provide services, perform legitimate business functions and meet legal obligations. Tugende takes reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, although no security method can be guaranteed to be completely effective.
Your rights and choices
Users may manage promotional communications, push notifications, profile information, location permissions and cookies. Users may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to legitimate business, safety and legal retention requirements.
Children's data
Tugende Mobility is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If such information is identified, steps will be taken to delete it.
